Children’s Workshop: Self Portrait

Come and create a 5x7 Original Piece of art using watercolor paints, paper collage, and cutouts. Inspired from Andrea Naylor’s self portrait and portrait work- she will be leading the workshop and sharing how painting portraits inspires her process as an artist. You will learn about Van Gogh and various artists who also have painted well-known self portraits. We will be painting with watercolor paints, and using glue and scissors, paint and paper to finish your final piece.

This workshop is recommended for ages 5+, child must be able to work with scissors safely. If you are worried about your child getting messy, please feel free to bring an artist smock or apron as they are not provided. All materials we will be working with will be washable. 

Snacks and refreshments will be served. $35 Price includes 2 tickets ( one adult and one child under 18) and class is limited to 16 people. Each additional parent/child is $10. Adult must be present as one of the ticket holders for the entire workshop.
