Studio Manager + Designer

In-Person | Flexible Part-Time to Full-Time

Andrea Naylor Studio/Gallery

Location: Door County, Wisconsin   -  in person

Full-time: Estimated 32-40 hours per week

Andrea Naylor Studios is looking for a Studio Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a growing fine art studio.

This is an in-person, operations-heavy role for someone who loves bringing structure to creativity — someone who gets real satisfaction from organized systems, clear communication, beautifully packed shipments, and a studio that runs seamlessly.

No task is too small here. One moment you may be managing a corporate partnership, the next you may be organizing inventory, prepping a shipment, or helping set up for a pop-up. We value excellence in the details just as much as the big-picture growth.

What You’ll Do

Studio Operations

  • Oversee and refine the daily operations of the studio
  • Pack and ship artwork and product orders with care and efficiency
  • Manage inventory and fulfillment systems (Shopify + Shippo)
  • Keep physical and digital systems organized and up to date
  • Order supplies and maintain a clean, beautiful, functional studio space
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Track invoices, payments, and provide light bookkeeping support

Client & Brand Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the artist and clients
  • Manage corporate and gallery accounts
  • Ensure partnership deliverables and payments are fulfilled
  • Maintain thoughtful, professional communication with collectors and brand partners
  • Keep projects on timeline and moving forward

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Update website content and product listings
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and list management
  • Support social media scheduling and content coordination
  • Assist with photoshoots, pop-ups, collaborations, and launches
  • Contribute to blog and website content
  • Support light product development initiatives

And Also…

  • Step in on personal assistant tasks when needed
  • Handle the occasional odd job without hesitation
  • Anticipate needs before they become problems
  • Be a steady, solutions-oriented presence inside a creative environment

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Are highly organized and naturally proactive
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Love both big-picture thinking and small details
  • Can problem-solve independently without constant direction
  • Are tech-comfortable (Shopify experience preferred; light Photoshop and email platforms a plus)
  • Take pride in being reliable and indispensable
  • Are excited by the idea of growing with a creative

This is an opportunity to be deeply involved in the inner workings of a respected and expanding art studio — not just as an employee, but as a trusted partner in the process.

If you’re drawn to art, thrive in an organized and fast-moving environment, and want to be part of something meaningful and growing, we’d love to connect. Please send your resume our way to andreanaylorstudio@gmail.com, and we’ll be in touch!
